Every home is different, so we quote after a walkthrough. Kitchens and baths are priced by scope, finishes and what is behind the walls; painting is priced by surface area and prep. You get a clear written number within 48 hours, with no obligation.
Yes. Anything structural, electrical or plumbing gets pulled and inspected properly under our license. A remodel done without permits is a problem that surfaces when you sell, so we do not skip it and we do not ask you to.
For the estimate it helps, so we can talk through your goals. During the work many clients come and go — our crews are licensed, background-checked and used to working around a family.
We stop and show you before touching it. Rot, old wiring and failed plumbing turn up in houses of a certain age, and you get the photo, the cost and the choice — never a surprise line on the final invoice.
A few rooms of painting may take a couple of days and a full exterior about 3–5. A bathroom usually runs 2–3 weeks and a kitchen 4–6, depending on scope and lead times on materials. You get a schedule before we start.
Always. Pressure washing removes dirt, chalk and loose paint so the new coat bonds properly and lasts. We also scrape, sand and prime bare spots before any color goes on.
