How we work
We probe your trim, fascia, window sills and the bottom of every corner board before quoting. Soft wood gets cut out and replaced. Paint over rot looks identical on the day and fails from underneath, and by the time it shows the repair costs more than it would have. Anything we find, you see photographed before it is priced.
Pressure-wash to take off pollen, mildew and chalking, scrape and sand what is failing, caulk every joint the water gets into, and prime bare wood and every repair. Skipping any one of the four is why a five-year paint job becomes a two-year one — and it is why two exterior quotes can differ by half.
Paint applied onto a wet surface, in the wrong temperature, or right before an afternoon storm does not cure properly — it just looks fine until it does not. If the day is wrong we tell you and move it, which occasionally costs us a day and never costs you a finish.
