How we work
Everything else is finishes. Moving your sink means moving drain and supply, moving the range means gas and ventilation, and taking out a wall means finding out what it carries. We work that out with you at the walkthrough — before a number exists — so you never get a kitchen repriced in the middle of the job.

Usually yes, but what the wall carries decides how. If it is load-bearing it needs a beam, a permit and an inspection, and that is priced openly rather than discovered later. We establish which it is at the walkthrough.
The things with long lead times — cabinets, counters, appliances — yes, because a kitchen waiting on a back-ordered cabinet is a kitchen sitting unusable. Paint colours and hardware can wait. We tell you which decisions are on the clock.
